Long Term Slip Rentals, both wet and dry

Long Term rentals are available through St. James Properties LLC.
Tenants do NOT have to live in or own property in St. James Plantation in order to rent a slip. Unless you are a Transit Sailor, you will be given access to the Plantation when you have signed a valid lease.

The Marina is equipped with shower and laundry facilities. You will also be able to enjoy the Marina Amenities, such as Tommy Thompson's Restaurant & Market. Our Marina Ship's Store is also open with items needed on the dock. We carry Dock lines, power adapters, fuses, boat soap, brushes, and even bait and tackle.
